This serene 3-acre property offers a lifted log cabin with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a variety of amenities to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The cabin features a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and an outdoor oasis for recreation and relaxation.

Living Area:

• Entertainment Center: 50" electric fireplace, 50" smart TV (no cable), DVD player and TONS of DVDs located on the sides of the entertainment center, various games, books, and puzzles, binoculars

• Seating: Full-size pull-out sofa (sheets in hall bath), 4 electric recliners, blanket box with extra blankets and pillows

• Ceiling Fans

3 Bedrooms:

• Main Floor Room 1: King bed, 32" smart TV (no cable), dresser, 2 wireless charging stations for phones/watches/AirPods, closet, ceiling fan, French doors to the wraparound deck

• Main Floor Room 2: Queen bed, 32" smart TV (no cable), dresser, wireless charging stations for phone/watch/AirPods, closet, ceiling fan, tower fan

• Upstairs Room (with ensuite bath): Split King bed with adjustable head/feet with remotes, 50" smart TV (no cable), DVD player, wireless charging stations, 2 ceiling fans, tower fan

Upstairs Loft:

• Queen-size futon (sheets in hall bath), small couch, desk with printer, tower fan, various games and books

Kitchen Amenities:

• Appliances: Countertop ice maker, dual coffee maker (K-cup/full pot), air fryer, knife block, Ninja blender (sharp/removable blade - use with caution), crockpot (located above microwave), electric griddle (located in pantry), 4-slice toaster, electric knife (located in pantry), hand mixer (located in island)

• Cookware & Utensils: Pots, pans, tea kettle, mixing bowls, baking sheets, pizza sheets, cutting boards, measuring cups and spoons, various small utensils, large silverware set, colander, etc.

• Dishware: Large set of dishes, glassware, wine & whiskey glasses, martini glasses, coffee mugs, beer mugs, mule cups, shot glasses, kids' cups/plates

• Firepit & Grill: Charcoal grill (utensils in box underneath), firepit (wood not included - if there happens to be some there, please be courteous and leave some for the next people) Fire extinguisher - to be used ONLY in an emergency!

• Dock: 4 electric outlets, lights, 4 Adirondack chairs, 2 small tables, barstools with spool table, cooler, fish cleaning station, boat bumpers, tie-off cleats

• Deck: Bar with mini fridge, cooler, trashcan, 360° wraparound deck with seating options

• Linens & Towels: Bed linens, towels (2 per person - bath, hand, washcloth), extra pillows/blankets, makeup towels, hair towels

• Extras: Sheets for the sofa bed and futon located in hall bath

***PLEASE NOTE!! This is NOT a hotel. This is NOT a "take everything with you" experience. We are happy to provide items to make your stay enjoyable, and you are welcome to use what you need, but leave the rest for the next guests or you will NOT be invited back and your security deposit WILL be affected! Don't be that person that messes this up for everyone else! Cabin is inventoried after EVERY stay!

Booking Requirements:

• Signed rental agreement, plus waivers for ALL ADULTS must be submitted within 24 hours of booking to avoid cancellation.
• EVERY ADULT MUST COMPLETE THE WAIVER INCLUDING A COPY OF THEIR ID!!  
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older and present throughout the reservation
• NO third-party bookings of any kind
• NO smoking allowed, including vaping and e-cigarettes
• NO animals allowed
• Security cameras are located on the exterior of the property - cameras may or may not be active during your stay

Nature Disclaimer for JJ’s Point of View Lakefront Retreat

Please note, this is a lakehouse surrounded by nature. As such, you may encounter various wildlife and natural elements during your stay, including but not limited to: spiders, ants, scorpions, wasps, bees, lizards, frogs, turtles, snakes, bugs, herons, egrets, birds, etc. These creatures are part of the environment, particularly around the dock and outdoor areas.

While the property is regularly sprayed by a professional exterminator, nature cannot be controlled, and sightings of these animals or insects are inevitable in a log cabin lakehouse on the water, surrounded by trees.

No refunds will be granted for encounters with any wildlife or insects, as this is an inherent part of the lakefront experience. Thank you for your understanding and for embracing the beauty and serenity of the natural world!
